Telehealth and after-hours appointments available via request also.

Alternatively, you may wish to book in via the MyHealth Practice Brisbane Showgrounds centre. The clinic is open Monday to Saturday and be reached via phone on (07) 3180 4768.

Make a Referral

Referrals can be made via your GP or directly with our clinic.

Please send your mental health care plan (MHCP) through to the clinic either through Medical Objects or via fax on (07) 3130 0615.

**Please note the Medical Objects is the preferred method for receiving referrals and Mental Health Care Plans.
